We are looking for a Director of Marketing Communications. You will be responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing communications programs, including both online and offline programs to support corporate, product and solutions marketing. Assist Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications in developing marketing communications strategies and plans to support growth targets. You will work closely with product marketing, solutions marketing and demand generation teams and are responsible for management of outside agencies.
Provide leadership and support for a wide range of marketing communications programs, including:
Brand management: Execute specific brand strategies and campaigns managing the day-to-day interactions with the outside agency. Enforce brand standards across business units ensuring consistency and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
Website management: Manage web site design and development to continuously enhance both our front-end web presence and web operations
Sales enablement: Manage design and creation of sales collateral including case studies, datasheets, presentations, white papers, podcasts, etc.
Customer communications: Define, execute and support ongoing customer communications programs including email broadcasts and newsletters, social media, PR, customer reference programs and customer feedback.
Employee and sales communications: Develop and implement relevant, regular communications in support of HR and sales teams.
The Sr. Mgr./Director Marketing Communications will have extensive B2B marketing experience, preferably in high tech. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate leadership ensuring a best-in-class marketing function that meets corporate and individual business needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred.
• 7 -10 years marketing communications experience, preferably with B2B technology products or related services
• Strong marketing communications skills including experience managing the writing, editing and developing of printed materials
Experience managing outside creative agencies and resources.
Excellent verbal communications
Excellent writing skills for a range of collateral
Experience and ability to define/refine messaging to ensure we convey a compelling message across all of our customer touch points
