Reporting to the VPHR, the successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and JCAHO preparedness.

Education:
• Minimum requirements include bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• PHR or SPHR preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Director within a hospital.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Ideal candidate will be a strong leader.
• Bargaining and labor relations skills are KEY
• Bilingual would be a plus

What Will I Be Doing?

The EMR Project Manager & Systems Administrator is ultimately responsible for the successful timely launch and roll-out of the hospital's EMR system and its multiple modules.
