Customer Support Operations Specialist: $26,000-$32,000 per year

Medrio (www.medrio.com), an innovative pharmaceutical software company headquartered in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our growing team in San Francisco. In this role you will report to the Director of Customer Experience and be part of a small and dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support to our global customer base and our inside sales team. You will become an expert on all aspects of Medrio´s software which will enable you to respond to customers´ technical and how‐to inquiries and provide the sales team with sales support materials. In addition, you will support the product team, providing feedback about the user experience and helping to improve the software through our ongoing development processes.

You do not need to be a sales person, but should strive to understand the needs of the sales team. You do not need to have experience in the research field, but you must be eager to dive in and learn everything possible about our industry and our users. We value self‐motivation and hard work and strive to provide an atmosphere where our employees can be creative and are encouraged to push their own limits.

Responsibilities:
• Field customer support requests, gathering information from the customer, providing feedback, and tracking and following support requests to closure
• Develop support materials including RFP responses, product demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations for the sales team
• Help to develop efficient operations procedures and supporting documentation

Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years customer support experience
• Demonstrated technical proficiency using software packages such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, CRM, etc.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to following through on tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings (6:00 AM)
• College degree or equivalent work experience
