[KITlist] ITSM Product Manager (Redwood City, CA)

We are looking for a full-time Product Manager for an opportunity at a high technology company that offers an IT Service Management Solution. The role includes the traditional product management responsibilities of roadmap planning and definition of the future generations of the client's ITSM solutions. The product manager will work closely with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to develop solutions and collateral as well as to provide sales training. In addition, the product manager will interface with customers, partners, analysts to gather requirements and validate solution strategy.

Requirements:
•Hands-on experience of enterprise-level IT Service Management (ITSM) software – including market requirements, competitive landscape and a good understanding of the technology issues
•Experience with ITSM solution configuration and solutions development with solutions consultants
•3-5 years experience defining and/or implementing ITIL V3 based solutions
•High energy; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written communication and presentation skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent technical skills
•Product Management experience, preferred, but will also consider experienced individuals from pre-sales, sales architecture, business analysis, or solutions consulting backgrounds
•ITIL V3 certification strongly preferred, but not required
