[KITlist] Sr. Compensation Analyst (Santa Clara, CA)

This position is a full-time regular position reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Systems. This is the senior role for a 2 person compensation team within the Corporate Human Resources Department in Santa Clara. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assists with producing and directing the organization´s compensation program.
Prepares and studies salary analyses to determine employee compensation.
Evaluates predicted market trends and recommends revisions to company compensation plan.
Reviews job descriptions and assesses appropriate compensation level
Responsibilities:

Provides market data to internal customers using established guidelines; coordinates adhoc reports including the weekly dashboard report.
Compiles data and costing models for annual pay program decisions.
Participates in salary surveys, special surveys, identifies data gaps, and recommends changes.
Explains and interprets compensation programs, tools and processes to HR staff and managers throughout ROVI.
Participate in the management of compensation programs (Bonus, Focal Review).
Works closely with Staffing & Hiring Managers to ensure that all positions are mapped to the correct job codes, stock grants, etc.
Conducts compensation analysis for various groups to ensure internal equity.
Assist employees with questions in the areas of Compensation.
Other duties as assigned & backup.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Minimum of 4 years experience in Compensation.
Exposure to Mergers & Acquisition related Due Diligence is a plus.
Exposure to Radford & Croner is a plus.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn new software and/or reporting tools; proficiency in using Oracle preferred.
