Client is looking for an experienced professional to right the wrongs of the past and deliver a simple solution as they could use a little clean up.  They are looking to centralize solutions internally.  They need to keep business continuity intact throughout this project so there WILL BE OT and WEEKEND WORK WHEN NECESSARY.
*Strong understanding of NT (2003-2008) infrastructure & architecture
*Must have put in (previously) backup strategies (i.e. Disaster Recovery)
*VMWARE - Experience in virtualization and SAN a must.
*Must have a broad knowledge of the tools to assist an un-managed infrastructure and bring it under control in a short amount of time
