Position Overview: Bergerson Group is seeking a full time, junior level channel program manager. In this role you will be managing our client´s channel program that is targeted at growing their commercial business in partnership with regional VARs and distributors.

This is a W2 opportunity with Bergerson Group.

Position Responsibilities:
•Project manager for a highly visible worldwide partner program- In this role you will own and drive the channel program project plan

•Administer and manage Sales Force.com and Google apps to manage global program content such as: training, manuals, bookings and weekly performance metrics.

•Manage program operational budget and quarterly payment process for partners and program participants

•Support the MOU creation process with partners

•Create the program design document for the annual program plan: definitions, metrics, forecasting, return on investment

•Interact with participating distribution partners to understand their lead conversion process; Training, report generation, relationship building, closed loop communications

•Prepare weekly communications on program results for senior leadership team. Prepare the monthly presentation for internal program stakeholders. Prepare the quarterly business review deck.

•Maintain the sales dashboard and communicate the program metrics with key stakeholders

•Keep the team on task to meet or exceed aggressive timelines

•Ability to work cross functionally within Cisco ( Marketing, finance, sales, operations, etc..., and with various WW Cisco Geo's, Flexible work schedule to support different time zones, and ability to drive and lead quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.

Skill Sets:

- 5-10 years of channel program experience
- Solid understanding of partner business models
- Experienced project and program manager
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Experience gathering market intelligence
- Channel expertise, ideally with global experience.
- Specific industry experience with a good understanding of networking.
- Understanding of and experience in developing and executing programs to a market/channel segment.
- Works with only minimal management participation.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment. Very good under pressure
- Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus
