The Role: Associate Hospital Administrator
The Location: Waterford, WI
A leader in the comprehensive care of individuals with medically complex and
rehabilitative needs in the long term acute care (LTAC) hospital setting is seeking an
Associate Hospital Administrator to provide administrative and operational oversight at
our Waterford, Wisconsin LTAC facility.
What does the role entail?
The Associate Hospital Administrator will be responsible for daily operations of
our Wisconsin LTAC hospital including regulatory compliance, staff training and
development, and general administration. The Associate Hospital Administrator will
work closely with the Hospital Administrator to accomplish goals and objectives as
outlined by senior administration.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
You have a bachelor's degree and advanced degree in related discipline with eight or more years of experience working in a hospital setting in a regulatory compliance, nursing management/administration or quality assurance capacity
You possess expertise of regulatory requirements including; Joint Commission, state and licensing regulations, CMS, and new federal health care requirements
You have familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare operations
You have three or more years of senior management experience
You are a natural leader and are able to harness team energy to meet goals and standards
You have demonstrated competency in your area of expertise with involvement in professional organizations and required related certifications and licenses
