Title: Project/Budget Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
Scope of Position:
- Responsible and driving all budget related matters
- Responsible for creating budget database (for tracking purpose), creating all budget reports for budget owners
-Responsible for the entire process (includes creating statement of work, handling PR/PO process, Invoicing and Billing process, and monthly accrual process)
-Analysis of budget status (includes, drivers of underspend and overspend, overview of future spending, ad hoc projects, resource planning, and more)
-Assisting annual budget forecast exercise, and Assisting in the coordination of strategy resource/budget planning process for all budget owners (Onshore and Offshore resource plans), and Generating all budget forecast report packages for each budget owner
-Driving budget alignment across and identifies and prioritizes primary tracks of spending and Facilitating opportunities for integration with other teams
-Support Corporate FA for Monthly Close, Quarterly Close and Annual Close.
-Working independently and escalate as needed basis to ensure smooth execution of Budget Process.

- Influences strategic directions and decisions within business units as related to budget, funding, and resource management.
- Ability to interface effectively with management at all levels in the organization with strong communication skills.
