Corporate Communications – Contractor position for Protiviti (www.protiviti.com/en-US/About-Us)
Communications Specialist:
Provides internal and external communications support for Protiviti, a global business consulting and internal audit firm with a network of more than 70 locations in 23 countries. Protiviti has been recognized by BusinessWeek for four consecutive years as one of the best places to launch a career.
The Communications Specialist is responsible for:
•Writing and editing a variety of communications, including internal memos, newsletter articles, press releases, etc.
•Assistance with the application and submission process for company awards and recognition programs, e.g. Best Places to Work
•Online content management, including Protiviti's external web site and intranet, and assistance with promoting Protiviti through social media
•General project management
Qualifications:
•2+ years in a similar role
•College degree in communications, public relations, English, marketing or a related field preferred
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Project management skills; ability to multitask; attention to detail
•MS Office skills; HTML; web content management software; MS SharePoint
•Able to work comfortably with colleagues in a variety of roles
