Role: Distribution Channel Marketing Program Manager

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a full time distribution channel marketing program manager. This is a W2 opportunity with Bergerson Group. Past Cisco experience strongly preferred
Position Responsibilities:
•Managing the demand generation, training, partner enablement and communications for a distribution program
oManage key vendor relationships in support of the client's lead generation engine
oOversee all aspects of demand generation including: Tracking and reporting of results; ensuring close working partnership between demand generation and lead distribution mechanism/vendor; list management; etc.
oPersonally oversee and orchestrate all logistics associated with monthly training sessions including: Registration & session logistics; creation of co-branded invitations for the participating Distributors; the identification of presenters; registration/attendance updates; post-event survey management; tracking of Partner training status; administration of incentives, etc).
oCreate all required program communications including: All co-branded communications needed for Disti use; timeline and preparation/message development for results-related communications (end of Quarter); review and finalize all end-user-facing communications to be used for monthly lead nurturing purposes
oProvide weekly marketing updates for program core team
oProvide input for Quarterly budgeting process
oTroubleshoot as program-related questions/issues
•Act as team liaison for other distributor incentive programs
oParticipate in regular team calls
oProvide program/offer feedback on behalf of Disti Mktg Team (based on input from the Disti Mktg Managers)
oClearly disseminate program updates and information (including information on program timelines, updated SKU lists, the availability of updated mktg assets, etc).
oOpen/manage PO(s) with vendors for team to use when customizing assets for their Distributors
Skill Set:
•Attention to detail and the ability to be proactive– This is critical as there are many "moving parts" to manage, and the candidate will need to be proactive and adapt to evolving needs
•Strong communication/presentation skills – Program updates are critical for keeping each program on track
•Solid writing skills – Candidate must be able to develop clear program communications for a variety of audiences, including: Reviewing/finalizing end-user-focused nurture emails; creating co-branded communications for use by Distributors including training eVites; messaging development for any internal program updates; etc.
•The ability to manage/oversee a multitude of tasks in parallel, while adhering to deadlines and time constraints
•Work effectively across numerous groups/organizations – The ability to collaborate with a variety of teams is essential
