Role: BA w/ strong Airlines or Telecom exp
Duration: 1yr contract
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities include:
* Learn the business processes associated with the assigned subsystems.
* Work with the production support team to resolve complex production issues.
* Test new code provided in monthly releases.
* Work with the Finance department to identify and scope application enhancements.
* Participate on projects and gather requirements for changes required to the revenue accounting application.
* Develop and execute test plans, scenarios and test scripts.
* Understand the use of Master Data in the application.
* Understand and work with the Tivoli job schedules.
Ideal candidates would also have:
Airline industry experience
Accounting application experience
Tivoli Job Scheduling exposure
QualityCenter experience
