The Senior Email Marketing Manager will be focused on managing programs that drive brand awareness, customer outreach, customer acquisition, and customer retention for the Fotonet.com site.

Do you thrive on making order from chaos? Do you love to orchestrate campaigns? Fotonet is looking for an Email Manager that will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be responsible for creating, planning and executing our email marketing calendar. You will recommend/implement content and concepts that will engage and educate our email list. The perfect candidate will be high energy and love to develop and maintain processes.
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve the Company´s email marketing strategy
Build awareness, interest and trial through development of compelling online creative and messaging strategies
Plan and execute tests email campaigns designed to capture responses and generate sales through key word tests, search engines, links to other sites for special offers and special events
Evaluate campaign results; develop, test, retest and roll-out recommendations to achieve optimum content, timing, targeting and follow up
Make recommendations regarding cutting edge on-line marketing
Requirements:
Must have high volume retail experience
Minimum 5 years consumer on-line marketing experience
Experience with email acquisition
Ability to create compelling, well-organized content
Ability to operate with a great sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to evaluate and respond to new information quickly and appropriately
Understanding of the key metrics used to evaluate on-line performance and experience with reporting tools and evaluation techniques
