·         Partner with key stakeholders from our International markets to ensure consistency of the brand experience and where relevant, support global campaign initiatives through the development of creative assets that can easily be adapted to meet the needs of different markets.

Required skills:  Looking for a superb high caliber individual in all aspects of integrated marketing with multi-channel execution including TV, Print, Display, OOH and Mobile.

·         A hands-on, passionate and creative leader who can guide his/her team through the challenges of working in a busy, fast paced and diverse environment.

·         Good people skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with campaign leads to define and drive the process that will deliver their assets on time and to brief.

·         12+ years experience working in either an agency or corporate environment, including 3+ years experience leading creative teams, ideally working for or within pure digital brands. Additionally, working for/within online subscription business would be highly regarded.

·         Experience working in a direct response media environment, more specifically, developing DR TV and print assets from concept to delivery.

·         A track record for creative high performing email marketing assets that reflect ‘best in breed’ practices.

·         Expertise with creative technologies including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

·         BS/BA, Masters or equivalent experience in design, advertising or a related field.
