Title: Digital and Social Media Operations Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable for extension)
- 5-7 years of professional experience in an Operations role, with Social media background, and experience in managing, team planning, road mapping and setting goals.
- Experience with digital presentations for the teams unified strategy
- Coordinate and manage team recognition and quarterly recognition lunch
- Lead team activities planning All Hands meetings, offsite and team bonding opportunities
- Work on integrated team projects and planning, hold regular meetings with all teams represented to share projects and ensure integration of digital strategies
- Working in a Web Agency preferred and able to evangelize the services offered.
- Experience with talent development and training opportunities, team brown bags for sharing thought leadership and retention
- Work on Digital team communications and metrics reporting for senior executives, project tracking and reporting support for campaigns
- Experience with budget and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills, motivated, creative and organized
