Title: Digital Services Operations Lead
Location: San Jose CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
We are looking for a seasoned, experienced professional who will work across the team to launch the services portfolio and manage the services with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- The Digital Services Lead will be the key point of engagement with clients on their service portfolios, working to fine-tune the services offerings they need on a quarterly basis & adjusting them regularly as project scopes and goals change.
- He/she will work across the team to ensure adequately plan for adequate resourcing for services given demand and conduct triage when demand is high.
- Will provide ongoing feedback and areas of improvement to services owners based on client feedback.
- Will create quarterly reporting and accountability metrics to share with clients.
- Will be the key liaison with finance team to manage all cross-charge and budget management issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Primary stakeholder liaison on optimal services portfolio on a day to day basis; conduct quarterly services portfolio discussions and services review with all clients
- Project management, resource management and triage services across digital team
- Inputting of services requests into backend tools to track and report services
- Ongoing analysis of services to ensure teams are meeting all services SLAs
- Stakeholder feedback and satisfaction metrics; ongoing process improvement
- Financial budgeting, cross-charge liaison with finance, etc.
- Position requires ability to share and sell the value of the Services; excellent project management and resource management skills; familiarity with budget management for multi-million dollar budgets; ability to solve problems of diverse scope; demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions;
- This project requires little instructions on day-to-day, general instructions on new assignments; strong data analysis skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives simultaneously, and possess outstanding organizational, follow up, prioritization, and communications skills.
- This position requires the ability to collaborate across and within the organization.
