International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a well-qualified Senior Marketing and Web Operations Manager consultant for our leading High Tech client. Seeking candidates that thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and broad cross-functional team environment.
Location: Onsite at Client HQ. South S.F. Bay Area/Silicon Valley.
Consultant Pay: Depending on experience.
Duration: 1 year plus.
Description: Requires a senior Marketing/Web Operations Manager to be the central point of contact for two large online marketing and social media teams, as well as the internal stakeholders they service. Will be responsible for collaborating on, and planning for the final-build and launch of an extensive new corporate web services model. Will continue by leading the management and ongoing development, refinement and optimization of the web service portfolio and teams efforts.
Responsible for working with team directors/leads, web project managers, social media marketing, online marketing, and their marketing communications stakeholders. Must excel at large-scale cross-functional advising, leadership, project management and teamwork, and independent contribution.
Must Have:
• 8 plus years of marketing operations and/or web services operations leadership, including with an enterprise company(ies)
• Successful track record owning, promoting and managing services operations across large-corporate cross-functional and matrixed teams
• Expert capabilities to manage a service organization's overall; extensive projects-mix and flow optimization, day-to-day prioritization, team and financial resource planning as well as ongoing process and work-flow improvement
• Proven track record with operations leadership strategic planning, launching of new products/services, project management of large-scale initiatives and team activities
• Proven expertise collaborating with teams to scope, disseminate plans, and guide ongoing delivery of services portfolio including the processing of service requests and SLAs
• Exceptional analytical and data analytics abilities, and proficiency with Excel, MS project/similar, and backend tools for tracking, accountability, metrics and reporting
• Background managing multi-million dollar organizational budgets and acting as liaison with finance
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional relationship management
STRONGLY PREFER:
• Relevant digital/web agency experience
• Working knowledge of Marketing, Marketing Communications, Online Marketing, and or Social Media
• BA/BS, in Operations, Marketing, and/or Internet/Digital Media certifications
• PMI/PMP a plus.
