Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking two dedicated, effective Recruiters. As part of the Crawford Group Talent Selection team, you will partner with our Account team to determine clients� resource needs, culture fit and other compatibility requirements that are critical to making a successful hire. You will employ unique talent acquisition strategies to generate exceptional candidates and deliver the best talent available for our high tech clients.

We�re looking for people with enthusiasm, positive outlook and a sense of humor, who excel at working independently and as a high functioning part of a small, tight knit, high impact/results oriented company. Must be flexible/adaptive to continually shifting priorities and workload distribution. Must have strong analytical, assessment, organizational, time management skills and successfully manage multiple projects from end to end.

Do You Have:

4-7 years of high volume recruiting experience, consulting or staffing agency preferred
Must have demonstrated success working remotely with a virtual team
A strong bias toward action and the ability to adjust to rapidly shifting priorities on the fly
Demonstrated success in full life cycle recruiting (source, attract, interview, evaluate, negotiate with and close quality candidates) for marketing talent, consulting and/or permanent
A baseline understanding of marketing, communications or events is required
Excellent communication skills. Must have strong interviewing skills (phone, Skype), quickly establish rapport with candidates, gather information, quickly and accurately assess people and make effective hiring decisions
Solid customer service orientation and proven ability to create and nurture strong relationships with coworkers, candidates and clients
Must have an intuitive sense of people, their capabilities and best �fit�
Experience with a wide range of sourcing/candidate generation techniques, including social and internet recruiting (e.g.: LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
ATS experience, Oracle Taleo preferred
Strong project management skills: Must work effectively (maybe even thrive) under pressure, within tight deadlines and close business with efficiency
Bachelors� degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

Hours/Location: Fully offsite/remote/WFH. No phone calls please.
Duration: ASAP, full time employment
Rate: D.O.E., as a w-2 employee of Crawford Group (includes benefits)
