Are you interested in joining the fast-paced environment of a Silicon Valley start-up? That's great, because we're hiring a Client Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

The CSS will be involved in a wide variety of customer service, account management, marketing, and operational activities including client communications, strategic planning, and marketing program execution. The ideal candidate will be people oriented, technically savvy, and motivated to deliver the best possible customer experience. This multi-faceted position is an ideal role for an ambitious individual that is excited by the prospect of growing skills and gaining experience in a fast paced environment where the scope of responsibilities will be capped only by willingness to take ownership and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and deepen relationships with Proformative customers by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Proformative

• Serving as a subject matter expert on the product, platform and process

• Managing an ongoing list of priorities, tasks, and customers to results

• Delivering warm, energetic, and personable experiences through every interaction

• Provide timely account summary status reports for the internal teams

• Special projects in support of the Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Desired Skills Experience

• Excellent verbal written communication skills

• Technically savvy

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (MS Power Point Excel are essential)

• Great organization skills

• Flexibility and adaptability to a high growth and evolving organization

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
