GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Using next generation sequencing and big data, we deliver oncology tests and services that provide noninvasive genomic tumor profiling to aid oncologists in determining the right treatment at the right time. We are currently looking for individuals who have the entrepreneur spirit, are passionate about what they do, and want to be part of a dynamic team that helps to turn cancer into a manageable disease.
We're looking for a multi-talented graphic designer who is passionate about designing print and digital materials that are both intuitive and on-brand. The ideal designer is creative and motivated to work on a variety of projects. He/she must be able to make complex processes and ideas simple through thoughtful and well executed design. As Guardant Health grows its brand, its visual identity needs to reflect both the company's revolutionary technology and deep expertise and credibility
Working primarily with the VP of Marketing, RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
• Developing sales and marketing collateral for use with physicians and cancer patients.
• Updating and enhancing the Guardant Health website.
• Helping to create a branded office space and environment.
• Developing graphics and look and feel for trade shows.
• Working with videographers to produce product and support videos.
• Creating graphics for presentations that translates data into actionable information.
• Creating email blasts and mailers
REQUIREMENTS:
• BA/BS in graphic design, graphic arts, art, a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
• An online portfolio that showcases deep visual design skills across print and digital work.
• Expertise in CSS, HTML, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Confidence working proactively and independently.
• Ability to communicate and work cross functionally.
• Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of design software, such as Quark, InDesign or Illustrator. Photo-editing software, including PhotoShop.
• Demonstrate GHI's Values by acting with integrity, respect and trust.
• Frequent travel ( > 75%) throughout the district as needed
