[KITlist] CONTR: Security Product Marketing Mgr (Sales Enablement) (SF Bay Area, CA)

Overview: We are looking for a Security Product Marketing Contractor to work with one of our security solutions clients to create sales tools and training programs to ensure that sales teams can effectively position and differentiate the client's products/services. This position will work closely with sales to understand the sales cycle and identify knowledge/information gaps and will leverage core content material developed by Product Marketing to create required sales tools.

This is a 6 month contract, 40 hours per week onsite (some offsite flexibility) at the client's offices on the Peninsula. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective sales tools including product and competitive positioning, qualification, lead development and objection handling dialogs based on prioritized needs from sales
• Contribute to product launch processes by developing required sales tools/training
• Work directly with sales to support their efforts in effectively positioning and differentiating products and services
• Manage on-going sales training initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years outbound product marketing/sales enablement tool development experience
• Knowledge of enterprise software sales and pre-sales processes, security software experience
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication/training, research and analytical skills
• Excellent cross functional collaboration skills between sales, product management, product marketing and corporate marketing
• Ability to understand and utilize the right development and deployment tools and vehicles (e.g. one-pagers, videos, webinars, portals, presentations) to achieve marketing and sales objectives
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels to understand requirements and common objectives
• Technical or business BS/BA
• Understanding of mobile technology, market and competitive landscape
• Experience marketing enterprise software to public sector, financial services or healthcare
