Position: Sr. Accountant / Controller
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with all facets of accounting and order operations (A/R, A/P, O/M, G/L, F/A,
Sales Tax, Sales Commission and Payroll)
3-5 years of experience with Peach Tree Accounting S/W
Excellent Microsoft office experience (XL, word, outlook etc.)
Orals and written communication skills are required
Job based accounting experience is a plus
B.S. in finance/accounting is desired
Prior experience working in a products and services company is highly desired
Duties: Hands on management of day-to-day activities such as invoicing, payment processing, check runs, etc.)
Sales tax management and reporting for products in multiple states and VAT
Sales commission preparation and reporting based on gross profit margin
Month-end and quarter-end processing and management
Annual year-end planning and execution on accrual and cash basis
Time & Expense tracking and management for professional services organization
Interface with outside CPA for income tax purposes
