Job description:
The project is to port control/signal processing algorithms from Freescale MSC8101 DSP embedded system base radio platform to a TI TMS320C6455 DSP embedded system base radio platform. The work involves implementation, unit testing, debugging, and integration of managers and sub-functions written in C.
- Experience with developing DSP software digital radio communication lineups required (linear block codes, resampling filters, modulations – FM, QPSK, QAM)
- Experience with developing software on TI DSP C64x+ required
- Fixed point arithmetic
- TI Code Composer Studio development enviroment (simulator, compiler, debugger)
- Experience with Matlab required
- Experience with TI BIOS a plus
- Experience with ClearCase VOBs a plus
- Experience with test equipment a plus (digital signal generator, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
