Global Impact Staffing is a privately owned executive search company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies.
Our client, who has had a footprint in the Houston market for almost three decades, is looking to add a business development manager to their team.
You will need to have at least three years of successful staffing sales experience in the temp/clerical, accounting/finance, or legal staffing verticals. You will be given some accounts when you start, but your main responsibility will be driving new business and growing your billables while your recruiters fill the new job orders you bring in.
You must be a polished, disciplined self-starter who feels comfortable selling at all levels of a company or corporation and someone who understands the sense of urgency that the industry requires. It will be critical to have superb verbal and written skills that will be utilized during client presentations and the negotiation stage of the sales cycle. A proven track record of outstanding sales performance and a well-defined approach for hunting and closing new business is essential for success in this role.
You will receive a base salary plus a commission plan that is open ended with no glass ceiling, so your ability to earn is only limited by your desire to succeed.
A college degree is preferred but is not required. If you have had job stability of 3 or more years with one company in lieu of a college degree, you will be considered.

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $45,000 - $55,000 plus an additional $50,000 in commissions at plan
