Global Impact Staffing is a privately owned executive search company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies.
Our client, a Fortune 500 company with offices worldwide, is looking to add a business development manager to their Dallas office. You will be given a few accounts, but they are seeking a hunter type business development manager who can build their own book of business in the engineering (mechanical, civil, geo, chemical, wireless) or oil and gas verticals.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in business-to-business sales in a staffing agency setting, preferably within the engineering / oil & gas industries. You will have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance and a well-defined approach for hunting and closing new business. (You will possibly be required to show sales stats or monthly newsletters to prove your standing.) You will need to be disciplined and self-motivated with good telephone and face-to-face presentation skills. This position is very lucrative for people who have been consistent producers in their sales careers.

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $60,000 - 70,000 plus an additional $60,000 in commissions at plan
