Do you have top-notch Linux, Amazon Web Services, and Postgres/MySQL skills? Are you looking for a new challenge in a rapidly-growing, just-launching mobile-social startup based in SOMA and Vietnam? Help Klamr take our infrastructure to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help manage our API platform infrastructure, consisting of API servers, database servers, AMQP servers, and more
• Monitor and maintain current infrastructure
• Build out new infrastructure elements
• Assist in architecting the infrastructure for growth
Desired Skills & Experience
SKILL SET
• Linux (Debian and CentOS) experience: installation, hardening, updating.
• Shell script programming (mostly bash). Python skills a plus.
• Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, Route 53...) configuration and administration.
• Automating software deployment with Jenkins/Hudson and/or Fabric.
• Basic DBA skills with PostgreSQL (MySQL accepted). Database configuration, administration, etc.
• Monitoring systems using SNMP and ZenOSS (similar tools accepted).
• Software Source Control with Subversion and/or git.
• Write thorough process documentation.
We're asking for a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator. We're offering the opportunity to be part of a major cloud-based application service. We'll put your process automation and systems administrations skills to work and offer you new skills and tools.
