International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a well-qualified Field Communications Project Manager consultant for our leading High Tech client.
Onsite at Client HQ – Silicon Valley/ South S.F. Bay Area
Consultant Pay: Depending on experience.
Duration: 9 months with potential to be extended.
Hours: 20 to 30 per week.
Description:
The Field Communications Project Management consultant will support, manage and execute a variety of elements for global field communication programs that are supported by the SVP, Field Operations team. The consultant is responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of internal and external communications. Function also supports the ad-hoc communications needs of sales leadership on a global level.
This includes providing tactical and logistical support for field programs, as well as managing all metrics and reporting as it relates to field communications. A major focus of the programs and events mix is corporate social responsibility.
MUST HAVE:
• 5-plus years high tech corporate experience project managing and delivering field communications for Sales/Corporate Affairs/Corporate Communications across a wide range of online/offline communications vehicles, i.e. blogs, email, presentations, newsletters, presentations, social media, texts, videos, wikis, web, etc.
• Proven track record working effectively with executives and their highly professional representation across geo and global communication teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills as demonstrated by previous work and writing and content samples.
• Solid capabilities to collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to establish and report on metrics.
• Ability to coordinate logistics from team meeting meetings, prepare briefing documents, and manage and administer data from surveys.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills, including cross-functional project management and ability to participate on task teams.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects from creation to execution flawlessly, working collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with corporate social responsibility a big plus.
• Field Communications experience supporting a mid-size company(ies) global sales organization a plus.
• BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
