You will have primary responsibility for:
• Attracting and retaining top talent including active sourcing for passive candidates
• Employee relations using the L4 Leadership and Inquiry models to help managers resolve outstanding issues
• Advising and coaching managers on state and federal laws and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Coaching managers to write motivating annual exempt & non-exempt performance evaluation processes with substantive data to support their ratings
• Re-creating & managing new hire orientation process
• Managing benefits including our annual open enrollment process
• Ensure Affirmative Action Plan is updated annually
• Managing 401(k) & ESOP audits
• Special projects
You have:
• 5 - 7 years of HR management experience
• B.A. in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• PHR desired
• Experience in technical, non-exempt & exempt recruitment required; sourcing experience including Boolean searches & Linked In ideal as well as deep love to finding the best available canidates for every position
• Excel power user
• Working knowledge of 2010 MS Office Suite.
