Please note that this tester should have familiarity with testing tools (preferably those used on an agile project) and also have actual programming experience in an object-oriented language. we have received profiles/resumes for this role where the candidate has tested applications that were developed with an object-oriented language but want to call out that the candidate needs to have personally written the code. Availability immediate Required Skills Experience with Object-Oriented programming (preferably J2EE) Experience writing custom testing automation frameworks Experience testing web services and web applications Other Skills - Experience with SDLC processes and procedures and experience communicating across SDLC roles and levels - Effective multi-tasker - Effective communication skills Preferred - Experience with Selenium, WebDriver, Watir, xUnit frameworks - Experience with Maven and Eclipse (or other IDEs / build tools) - Experience testing software in an agile environment - Experience testing software thru Test- or Behavior-Driven Development (TDD/BDD)
