We have a position for a Validation Analyst
Client : Major Pharmaceutical Company
Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Location :Des Plaines , IL
Job Title : QA / Validation Analyst
Responsibilities:
· Primary responsibilities are all tasks associated with validation of software functionality and requirements.
· Validation activities comprise design, development, and execution of test protocols (with all required documentation) to verify software functionality per operational scenarios, software requirements and instrument risk analysis, often with little end-user documentation.
· Design of protocols is primarily to be performed using automation scripting through Quick Test Professional and Quality Center
· Protocols are executed with instrumentation and with instrumentation simulators (software).
· Secondarily responsible for functional verification of validation tools employed in the project. All procedures and documentation are to be exercised per government regulations and company procedures.
Required Skills:
· At least four years professional experience in software testing, with some level of programming experience. · HP Quick Test Professional scripting experience used on a .net or client server application.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
· Ability to analyze and interpret requirements and specifications for incorporation into test designs.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexible priorities; Must be able to work independently and within a team.
· Proficient skills in understanding and developing complex MS SQL queries strongly desired.
· Experience and understanding of Quality Center
· Experience in FDA regulated industry desired.
· Laboratory workflow experience desired.
Education requirements:
Bachelors degree in software, biomedical, or related engineering field or similar, on-the-job experience.
