Field Marketing Program Manager
We are looking for a Field Marketing Program Manager for a contractor role at a global high technology company in the South Bay. The main responsibility of the marketing program manager is to drive planning and execution of a strategic installed base customer program in the Americas region.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite/offsite flexibility at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA or in New York City. Remote employees WILL be considered. The project term is 6 months, with extension possibilities. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• On a daily basis, drive installed base customer program deliverables, manage marketing programs, capture requirements and deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop, conduct and analyze surveys from sales team and/or customers. Collect and analyze data as required for installed base accounts and programs.
• Work closely with the Americas direct sales team to understand and meet their needs.
• Work with and manage vendors as required to drive program deliverables.
• Manage on-going scheduling and follow-up of scheduled account sessions and meetings.
• Work closely with marketing ops team to capture metrics, measurements and success of the installed based customer program. Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
• Work with team to develop and implement marketing promotions and demand generation campaigns for install base accounts.
• Drive collaboration, alignment and deliverables between sales and cross-functional teams that support the installed base customer program
• Work in collaboration with corporate marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop marketing programs.
• Capture business drivers, market trends and bring insight to program for the customer base.
• Manage installed base program Sharepoint content and development for the Americas.
• Prepare activity reports, timelines and dashboards.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with sales
• Marketing experience in the technology industry, Storage solutions experience, preferred
• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in field marketing and/or marketing program management
• Bachelor Degree: Business or Marketing Focus is required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
