This is a tactically oriented role which requires professional decorum and the ability to execute effectively, vs. drive launch strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Create overall launch timeline based on GTM and key product milestones; coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure other functional areas are integrated into overall launch planning (Academy, Campaign, Sales, Retail, etc)
2. Work with Campaign Manager, Insights, and PM to develop the consumer insight, product positioning, competitive environment, carrier appeal, and total product offering; advise Insights on any research needs related to product offering
3. Present Product Solution to internal stakeholders, hold kick off meetings once product ranged to engage teams
4. Work with Developer experience & Marketplace (DXM) and Ecosystem Developer Experience (EDX) teams on pre-loads based on overall product offering and positioning; loop in campaign team as necessary for joint promotions/media opportunities
5. Prepare launch marketing materials
•Produce product/sell-in video as needed
•Develop sell-in presentations: Includes consumer landscape, market research, product alignment with carrier needs/consumer, revenue generating opportunity for carrier; work with Carrier teams on pertinent messages
•Evaluate Global product and screen images, and modify as necessary
•Develop and manage launch events and demos (consumer- and trade-facing)
•Work with Nokia Academy to develop materials based key messaging and product demos
•Review and produce pertinent screenshots based on product KSP´s and packaging requirements
•Work with online team to develop materials for owned environments: i.e nokia.com, .mobi, social, CRM including items such as product page, accessory tie-in, and so forth, add compelling interactive opportunities
•Create all packaging needs with customer including: gift box, VIP kits, inbox materials, T&C´s, etc
•Order test phones and live units according to customer needs
•Work with Campaign team on retail and Point of Sale (POS) opportunities
•Work with Academy to develop demo guide
•Load final materials to tools such as Marco Polo, Image database, etc
6. Prepare product toolkits for sales teams, and other key stakeholders
Qualifications
1. 3 to 5 years Agency and marketing services related experiences.
2. Bachelors degree required
3. Highly skilled in project management-known for ability to keep work flowing while minimizing problems or delays.
4. Effective communicator both orally and written
5. Understanding Consumers
Possessing a thorough knowledge and understanding of the nature and significance of consumer´s lifestyles, attitudes, behaviors, desires and preferences in relation to purchasing, owning and using mobile phones, consumer services, and technology.
6. Relating and Networking
Establishes strong relationships & collaborates effectively with colleagues, partners and customers. Builds wide and useful networks of contacts inside and outside the organization. Manages conflict and relates well to people at all levels, purposely seeking contacts and maintaining a dialogue with key parties.
7. Possess strong relationship skills
8. Produce quality deliverables in a timely manner

11. Ability to travel 25% of the time
