The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading client management for both existing and new products within the Health Analytics business unit of the Pharma Solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Be the recognized expert for client relationships
• Develop marketing plans for our client-facing products and tools
• Conduct market research to gain key customer insights
• Capture market needs and define requirements for capabilities, features, performance and interface design with clients
• Promote W-K product portfolio benefits, capabilities, and value propositions through relationships with key customers
• Define client training needs and facilitate training modules
• Establish and achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Manage the line of business P & L and the product lifecycle process for client-facing products
• Support sales and client needs as markets expert and decision maker


Minimum Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree
• 5-7 years of product management or brand management experience
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and its channels of distribution
• Knowledge of practices and theories across domain, product and product management areas
• Ability to plan across the portfolio, set strategic direction, and align all products to business plans and long range planning
• Thorough understanding of marketing research and business intelligence techniques
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical data/analytics background
• Experience with MicroStrategy and/or ClickView

Location:

This is an office based position located at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The role requires about 20% domestic and possibly international travel.
