WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Project/Product Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design of our new products and well as directing and coordinating development activities to ensure on time and on budget implementation. A critical measurement of success will be increasing customer engagement by creating a compelling mobile and online experience across all our product groups.

THE ROLE:
The Project/Product Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of project development and be an integral contributor to the Company's product innovation. Successful coordination across business units, technology and design will be essential to successfully delivering projects according to plan. The Project/Product Manager will be primarily responsible for working with product and development teams to facilitate functional product designs and manage project schedules from initial concept through launch and support.
• Drive project implementation including project plan, functional design, architecture, reviews, development support, issues and bug resolution
• Coordinate with business units to determine requirements, project scope and deliverables
• Define resource requirements. Coordinate activities of project personnel as necessary to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
• Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines and milestones
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and provide solutions
• Ensure quality control in deliverables
• Hold regular meetings with project teams and provide weekly updates to management
Required qualifications
Experience with mobile technologies and software development lifecycle.
Project management experience in a dynamic technology environment with multi-phased initiatives, project ideation through post production handover
Mobile marketing and/or mobile advertising experience is preferred.
3+ years industry program and/or project management experience.
Experience managing development using Agile and/or Waterfall techniques.
Passion for building excellent user experiences.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required
