Title: Social Media Marketing PM
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 4+ months with possibility of quarterly renewal
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION
This position will reside in the Corporate Social Media Community manager Marketing organization but will support the Collaboration group.
The successful candidate will:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience with at least 3 years in social media Community Manager both on the strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience with Radian6 and Sprinklr is preferred.
- Experience supporting B2B activities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a strong track record as a "Community Manager" and social media communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with the Jive community platform is a must.
- proven success in recommending and executing on social media programs, recommending and developing relevant content, and managing editorial calendars.
- experience overseeing day-to-day management and execution of social media activities including measurement and analysis of such activities.
- Well versed in multiple social networking sites, and web monitoring and listening tools.
- Understands which sites are most appropriate based on audience and strategic goals. Experienced in utilizing social media management tools to simplify.
- Multiple social media accounts across a large user base including reporting and analytics.
- Champion social media and related activities with the organizations subject matter experts (SMEs), including but not limited to solution managers, product managers, engineers, etc. Coach SMEs to help drive social media usage.
- Be comfortable working in a highly cross-functional organization and on a virtual team.
- Familiarity with online collaboration technologies is desirable but not required.
