Currently, we are looking to hire a Web Product Manager to help lead product management for the aeriagames.com website, with the primary goal of rebuilding and optimizing conversion funnel for organic and paid visitors. Your work will be critical to our success and you´ll get to work closely with the management team and play a crucial role in our company´s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
• Website Funnel Optimization: Lead initiatives to rebuild website funnel for converting site visitors to registered users and active players. Optimize conversion funnel for both organic / direct and paid visitors. Develop and test game pages, download pages, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates, incorporating industry best practices and results from testing. Coordinate with marketing team to optimize SEM and SEO practices.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities.
• Clearly document and communicate product / website concepts to the development team. Be able to present concepts to internal groups via PowerPoint, product documentations, and wireframes.
• Work closely with project management team to ensure that original vision is executed accurately and efficiently. Make decisions in fast paced development environment to address development limitations/opportunities.
• Define success metrics through analytics to demonstrate the success of website / funnel optimization initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships across departments.
Qualifications:
• Quick learner with a passion for Internet , social networking and mobile trends.
• 3-5 Years of experience in Internet product management; experience with consumer website funnel product management and optimization a plus.
• Business, Engineering or Technical background/degree (BS Required, MBA a plus)
• Familiarity with Vizio (or other design software), Powerpoint a plus
• Agile Development a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Great attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude
