The Sage Group is seeking an Educational Marketing Specialist to work for a leading software company in San Francisco, CA. This person will be responsible for assisting in the development, management, and execution of marketing programs to drive demand for multiple offerings in an effort to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate with have knowledge of Japanese and Korean culture as well as deep experience with marketing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness of multiple offerings within the Mature Markets.
- Drive mainstream marketing through masses to student channels.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Support marketing manager in defining the marketing mix and tactical marketing plans for multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverable list.
- Traffic marketing assets for internal review and approval.
- Track and report on campaign performance.
- Manage communications calendar for all programs.
- Execute webinar program.
- Assist in measurement of marketing activities, events and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and awareness.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of corporate or field marketing experience within the high tech or education industry
- In-depth understanding of marketing communications principles, strategies, and methods
- Demonstrated project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Deep experience with a wide range of marketing disciplines, including research, online/search, direct, advertising, and event marketing
- Ability to execute tactically with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of design, writing, creative, and production practices
- Strong understanding of Korean and Japanese markets or at least familiarity with the cultures
- Experience with HTML and Photoshop
Skills Preferred:
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean
Timing: 12 months, 40 hrs (5 days)/week
