Duration: 3-6 month Contract- with the opportunity to lead to full-time employment with client (part-time during contract)
Location: REMOTE (some on-site work in Northern California required)


Crimson Marketing is looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct an ongoing effort for a leading client in the library automation marketplace. The PM will be responsible for refining and executing the approach to API and Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance strategy relating to APIs, Developer Community and Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Refine product plans covering the evolution of API and Cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with Sales on product support, demonstrations, messaging and strategy with the goal of driving demand and increasing share for product lines.
• Participate in business development activities related to electronic resource product strategy. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, vendors and/or corporate partners.
• Act as key resource to marketing organization to articulate a clear, singular product vision and primary collaborator on tactical marketing program development.
• Represent client at trade shows and library forums and other committees; act as strategic peer using social media and other communication channels.
