Marketing Budget Manager
We are looking for a Budget Manager to work in the Alliance marketing team at a global high technology company. The Marketing Budget Manager will be responsible for tracking expenses to marketing teams' budgets, managing cross charges between cost centers and regions and tracking expenditures against alliance partners� funding.
This is a 20 hour per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA, for a 4 month period, extensions and expansion of the role likely. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Obtain marketing team budgets and budget details
• Report against budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Manage cross charges between cost centers/departments and regional
• Track, in detail, expenditures against alliance partner funding to ensure programs and expenditures align with requirements
• Work with the finance team to ensure charges are accurately incorporated into the financial systems
• Resolve all budget exceptions, working with the cross functional team
• Work in enterprise financial systems, such as Oracle.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, at a global high technology company.
• Detailed understanding of financial process flows and budget impacts
• Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally
• Bachelors degree (required), in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
