The Sage Group is looking for an Education Marketer Consultant to work for our client, a global leader in design Software Company in San Francisco. Looking to engage students and educators both inside and outside the classroom, this person will help plan and manage the messaging and position to our client's secondary education segment.
Responsibilities Include:
Take trends and pain points in the secondary education space and create messaging and positioning for 6 existing programs
Increase volume of collateral available to field marketing teams. Deliverables include: power point presentations, videos, training materials etc. targeted at different audiences including teachers, policy makers and students.
Educate creative agency on the company's value add and ensure that all marketing communications reflects these key points.
Skills Required:
7-10 years of experience creating messaging and positions in academic industry or education division within a B2C tech company; some field marketing experience preferred
Experience working with creative agency and managing vendors
Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders. Must be able to take input and know when to push back.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and complexity
Timing: 40 hours/week for 6 months, potential to convert to a FTE opportunity
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, work from home on Fridays
