The Sage Group is looking for Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Lead Management to assist a leading global data center and interconnection services company on the Peninsula in executing best-in-class demand generation programs and lead management process and infrastructure. You will be the go-to person for the design, development and execution of marketing programs utilizing the company's marketing automation (Marketo) and sales automation (SFDC) platforms. Working closely with regional stakeholders in marketing programs and sales, this person will help shape best practices to ensure the success of our client's demand generation initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with regional teams to develop and implement marketing program design, development and execution governance processes and procedures
Develop and maintain a set of best-practice standards for gathering marketing program execution requirements that follow the set-up of the architecture within the marketing automation (Marketo) and sales automation (SFDC) systems
Develop and maintain various sets of digital templates (emails, landing pages, banner ads, etc.) within the marketing automation platform to be utilized across regions
Directly manage the design, development, execution and measurement of regional demand generation and lead nurturing programs –
Work closely with marketing programs and sales team members to gather requirements and execute programs within the tools in a timely manner and following standards and best practices
Design and actively manage a set of agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) for program execution and quality assurance
Manage a set of 3rd party vendors in to assist in program execution within the marketing automation platform
Manage and distribute program reporting to all key stakeholders; analyze performance data with the goal of making improvement recommendations
Develop and maintain an overall marketing program project plan that tracks all program execution requirements and enables proper prioritization and resource allocation planning
In conjunction with marketing programs team, develop and maintain a marketing calendar that successfully provides all relevant stakeholders with insight into marketing activity
Actively manage the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle (capture, nurture, score, distribute, close)
Contribute to continuing improvements of the marketing automation platform by providing input and support to the global platform enhancement planning and implementation process, including ownership of ad hoc projects through the development lifecycle (requirements, design, develop, deploy)
Skills Required
7-10 years' experience in B2B marketing operations / demand generation environment, including 2-4 years of experience with Marketing Automation and SFA tools; previous, hands-on experience with Marketo and Saleforce.com is highly desired
5+ years' experience working in a global company and coordinating and aligning work in a multi-national environment
Proven ability to build and manage a shared demand waterfall with sales utilizing Sirius Decisions methodologies
Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
Ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to think/act strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and work as an individual contributor to meet goals
Extensive experience in working with sales, sales operations, marketing, and IT teams in developing and implementing processes, business requirements, and systems
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications; strong familiarity with HTML for creating landing pages and emails to support campaigns;
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant Masters is preferred
