Experienced Contract Recruiter Position with Naviga Business Services - Arlington Virginia(Washington DC)
Onsite contract recruiter needed to sit at our DC location to assist our Digital clients recruit Digital Product and Design roles in DC, New York, San Fran, to name a few locations. Some flexibility to work remote as needed.
Responsibilities
Recruit for any business group and position up to VP levels
Manages recruiting process for "high" difficult positions, specialty positions, broad client groups, highly technical client groups or complex track recruiting
Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process
Development an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline
Extremely influential candidate and client management, data tracking, and time to fill
Develop and execute strategies autonomously to include networking, call lists, niche social networking, and knowledge of the industry
Acts as a recruiting partner and a subject matter expert to the business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders
Identify 'root cause' solutions to complex recruiting issues and is able to implement solutions that will mitigate immediate problems and future potential issues
Address ambiguous situations or challenges and respond accordingly drawing on ones subject matter expertise, skills and abilities
Screens and counsels candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the close
Effectively lead formal debriefing session with the hiring team
Independent involvement when developing and executing strategies
Qualifications:
3 years excellent sourcing/recruiting experience for Fortune 500 or other large companies
7 + years technology recruiting experience and/or start up recruiting experience
Influential communicator, verbal and written
Bachelor's degree preferred
Independently meets hiring needs/results. Considered flexible with a varied skill set and strategic ability
Highly effective "orchestra leaders" who can influence senior-level executives and have successfully completed difficult searches
Length of Contract: 5 months
