Arrow Sign Company has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to assist the Sales and Contract Departments on sign jobs from the start to Production to Installation and closing out. Any experience in the Sign Industry is a PLUS but will train the right person!

Duties and Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years construction or fabrication or manufacturing experience
- Good understanding of the processes of project management to get the completed product
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Process paperwork and ensure drawings, specifications and contract requirements match to close jobs
- Provide administrative support for sign projects of all sizes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Arrow is also reviewing resumes for experienced Sign Installers, Crane Operators in Oakland and Sign Fabricators in Stockton.
