Job Summary
The Recruiter will partner with leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving needs and provide the talent that makes this company successful. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Full cycle recruit for exempt staff and various non-exempt positions (as needed). Recruitment including but not limited to: writing and placing of advertisements, posting positions, reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone, coordinating search through employment agencies, coordinating and conducting interviews (if applicable), coordinating candidate assessments and extending offers.
• Drive recruiting process for open positions with a focus on diversity.
• Conduct full life cycle recruitment activities leveraging the latest technology.
• Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively source candidates using innovating techniques and tactics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques.
• Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes.
• Rapidly adapt to a changing internal environment and external marketplace.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management.
• Coordinate creating and updating all position descriptions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or closely related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in successfully recruiting for exempt level positions.
• Minimum three years’ experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; and Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success from entry-level to senior level searches.
• Self-starter with the ability to recruit for multiple positions.
• Initiative, creative and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail.
• High regard for confidentiality of information.
• Excellent written, oral and positive influential communication skills; specifically, able to prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently, or leading, or participating in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ADP
o Preferably Ev5
o ADP Reports
• Experience with Taleo
• Experience with behavioral-based interview techniques
• Taleo Expert certification
• PHR/SPHR certification
Work Environment
The working environment is indoors and is seasonally heated and cooled with minimal noise levels. The position requires considerable sitting, typing and the ability to move objects of less than 25 pounds. The position requires the ability to communicate in person, telephonically and via email.
