HGST is seeking for an experience, passionate and visionary web designer that possess excellent creative and management skills, is highly organized and willing to work with tight deadlines in a fast pace environment. Designer will be responsible for the creation of new product and landing pages, global site maintenance, eblast creation and web related assets.
Responsibilities:
� Provide creative services and support to Marketing branded, WW packaging, Sales and Channel teams
� Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the g-technology website
� Help the creative team build, edit, prepare and implement web-ready files for web and social media
� Collaborate with creative manager on the concept creation of new product campaigns and product launches
� Provide support to the creative team in the creation of materials such as: logos, icons, posters, brochures, web banners, datasheets, case studies and other Marketing collateral assets
� Improve UI on branded site and landing pages
� Produce and implement eblast with direction from Marketing team
� Produce the look and feel and assets for mobile web implementation
Qualifications:
10 years of creative or ad agency experience
� Bachelors degree in Graphic/Web Design or related field
� Solid experience with image compression, file correction, and optimization techniques
� Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver)
� Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout and brand standards principles
� Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
� Strong organizational skills
� Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
� Proactive, flexible and adaptable; able to meet deadlines; quick learner
� Desire to work in a fast paced environment
