Product Manager, Virtualization Solution (Sunnyvale, CA)
We are looking for a Product Manager contractor for a 6 month, contract to perm, opportunity at a large high technology company. This is an inbound product management role working with customers and the engineering team and to define, build and launch server virtualization software. The focus is on inbound product execution, MRDs and PRDs creation and working with engineering on product development efforts.
This is an 40 hours per week 6 month contract to perm role, onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
� Create MRDs and PRDs based upon customer and partner needs in North American market
� Develop customer use cases to specify solution features
� Communicate solution requirements to engineering teams to ensure proper requirement scoping and solution development
� Understand, install and demo the product
� Work with engineering to build and release the new features and solutions
� Launch new solutions to the market
Requirements:
� 5+ years product management experiences in large high technology companies
� 5+ years of software engineering experience
� Experience and/or knowledge of Servers Management and Virtualization is preferred
� Ability to effectively collaborate across a large organization
� Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required, MBA preferred
