Event and Lead Management Manager (NY, NY)
We are looking for an Event and Lead Management manager for a contractor role at a global high technology company based in New York City. The Event and Lead Management manager will be responsible for working closely with sales teams on all planning, programming and logistics management for sales events and lead management for regional sales team.
This is a 40 hours per week; 3 month role (potential contract to perm situation or extensions likely) onsite at the client�s offices in New York City, NY. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions� employee.
Responsibilities:
� Work closely with sales leadership to define the events and marketing strategy
� Research, develop, produce and deliver events from proposal through execution.
� Manage all marketing activities for planned events � including invitations, registration and CRM system integrations
� Coordinate logistics of all selected events from planning to execution stages including but not limited to registration, reservations, payments, assessing vendor participation, establishing partnerships with equipment vendors, researching additional opportunities related to each show, overseeing all aspects of booth expansion, organizing booth demos with sales/training teams.
� Traveling to on-site inspections and project managing events.
� Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery of each event.
� Perform a variety of administrative/office-related tasks�submitting events� expense reports, purchase orders, ordering and designing booth giveaways.
� Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
� Ensure post event leads are properly recorded in CRM systems and sales follow up
Requirements:
� 4-5 years marketing experience in an events management or field marketing role.
� Proven experience managing events in a B2B technology company.
� Extreme attention to detail
� Strong analytical and organizational skills
� Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
� Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
� Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
� BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study
� 15% to 20% travel, in the Northeast, to manage events
