� This is a target driven role with a focus on ensuring profitability.
� The role requires an individual who understands technology or then can research and pick-up technology related verbiage to understand the project requirements.
� The role requires a customer-centric focus, where driving the customer needs across Intelliswift's internal team, is key.
� This role would involve working with the recruitment team to pre-screen candidates and ensure delivery of the candidates
� May involve client interaction and hand-holding the requirement through to closure.
� An individual with a flair for sales and an attitude to do whatever it takes, to make things happen.
� The role would require an individual who will report to the onsite engagement manager.
Skills Abilities:
� Passionate personality with an ability to handle target-driven goals.
� Conversant with IT technologies and verbiage.
� The individual needs to be focused on numbers to manage profitability for key accounts
� An attention and eye for details, with focus on result rather than effort.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� Analytical thinker, with ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
� Ability to work with word documents, excel sheets and presentations.
Educational background:
o - MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing and/or Finance
Engineering degree is a plus
