Role: Field Marketing Manager- Solution Providers
Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred, open to remote

Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Partner Marketing Manager to manage the co-marketing efforts of a named set of eight to ten Solution Provider partners. In this role you will be working very closely with the sales leaders who are responsible for the Solution Providers to develop a strategic marketing demand generation plan with each partner.

This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.


Responsibilities Include:
Provide leadership and support in defining, developing and executing marketing campaigns with up to 10 Solution Provider Partners.

Work closely with the sales team, partner principal and partner marketing contact to create a marketing plan for each partner.

Work with each partner to develop a joint value proposition to support your joint go-to-market efforts

Manage the coordination and execution of each partner�s marketing plan. This includes, but is not limited to: preparing the quarterly marketing plan, developing marketing content specific to that partner, managing and executing local events and activities with the partner, leading demand generation campaigns with each partner, etc.

Track and report results for Quarterly Business Review with each partner

Manage the marketing budget associated with that partner

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years marketing experience with channel partners. In addition the candidate has a combination of strategic vision and tactical organizational skills as well as a comfort level communicating with participants and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience to hone their project management skills in a position that has significant visibility and measurable impact across the business.



Skill Sets
5+ years of channel marketing experience
Experience creating marketing plans for named channel partners
Experience working with channel sales organizations
Solid understanding of partner business models, especially Solution Providers
Strong marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad based marketing initiatives.

Very professional, polished and comfortable having business conversations with the Partner principals and leadership

Works independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and experience.

Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience
