Position Overview:

As Vendavo expands into new product and market segments, we are looking for a passionate Demand Program Marketing Associate to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts as well as marketing operations. You will collaborate and assist with all aspects of marketing programs to drive sales and increase customer loyalty, including campaign and logistic planning, creative concept brainstorming, and implementation of a wide variety of marketing programs and projects. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute global demand generation campaigns end-to-end from target identification to post campaign reporting.

The ideal candidate has a mix of analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail and prior experience with managing Marketing Automation Systems, while ensuring on-time and on budget program execution. If you are a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, and intellectual curiosity to create new ideas around next generation B2B demand programs, then we need to speak with you!


As a Demand Program Marketing Associate, you will:

� Work closely with Marketing peers, Sales leaders and Product Managers to implement lead generation campaigns and report on campaign success through Marketo and SalesForce.com
� Construct views, dashboards and optimize programs with Marketo for all email campaigns, leads, prospects, opportunities, pipeline, contacts, accounts and revenue activities
� Identify marketing funnel gaps, and develop process solutions with the marketing and sales team
� Formulate and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns to optimize key engagement and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion
� Manage list segmentation, A|B test and develop new strategies to increase engagement and to get the right message to the right person at the right time
� Proactively stay ahead of next generation B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards
� Own, develop and enrich target account organization structure and prospect data for demand generation
� Advise on best practices and educate marketing peers with regard to marketing mix, optimization, automation capabilities, testing, and projected results


What you need to be successful in this role:

� BA/BS degree required in Marketing preferred
� Excellent problem solving and creative solution building skills
� Results driven approach to marketing
� Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple teams including Web Development, Product Marketing and Sales Operations
� Demonstrated ability to juggle short-term needs with overall strategy, to toggle between writing, production and data analysis
� Proven ability to communicate insights and action items driven from data
� Solid knowledge of Marketing Operations best practices including lead scoring, forms landing page creation, funnel metrics and reporting
� Proactive, energetic, self-starter who thrives on getting stuff done
� Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
� Understanding of social media and/or content marketing, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google
� Preferably with 2-3 years� experience administering marketing automation � e.g. Marketo, Eloqua
� Preferably with 2-4 years� experience using sales force automation CRM tools � e.g. SalesForce.com, Siebel, ExactTarget, SilverPop
